Delete your account

In the app, immediately

Open Profile & Settings, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account. It takes effect at once and cannot be undone.

No phone needed: the same app opens inside Telegram from the AmuFlow bot, which is the way in if you signed up through Telegram, and at app.amuflow.org with a phone code or your Google account. Either way it is the same account, with the same Delete account at the bottom of Profile & Settings.

By asking us

Write to contact@amuflow.org from the email address on the account, or tell us the phone number you signed in with. We reply to confirm, and delete within seven days of confirming.

What is deleted

• The account and every sign-in identity attached to it: phone number, Telegram account, Google account.
• Your name and the setup answers you gave.
• Every field you saved: boundaries, areas, crops, planting dates and their satellite readings.
• Your journal: every irrigation, input, cost and note you recorded.
• Notification targets: your Telegram chat and any push token from your phone.
• All sign-in sessions, so every signed-in device is signed out.

What is not deleted, and why

The registered field boundaries the app offers you to choose from come from the public cadastre published at gis.agro.uz. They are not yours and not about you, so they stay — deleting your account removes your copy and your choice of them, not the public record.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Deletion by request happens within seven days of us confirming who you are. Encrypted backups roll off within thirty days, after which no copy remains.
